But beside that very deliberate fashion statement stood Harry, dressed almost entirely in black and wearing his shirt open at the collar with a layered beaded necklace.

It was the kind of Hollywood-couple picture that could easily have been all about Lisa’s couture. Instead, online commenters began focusing on Harry’s noticeably slimmer appearance, with several expressing concern rather than simply discussing his clothes.

One commenter described the couple's appearance as "Frightening!!" Another said, "Is he well? He looks too thin & maybe tired. I hope it's just a bad picture or bad angle." A third commenter wrote, "She looks like a wax figure, and he's too thin." Another reacted, "Still got what?? He used to be hot ..what happened? And Lisa..no words."

For all the commentary surrounding the latest photographs, Lisa’s own followers were far more focused on the couple’s enduring appeal. After she shared her Emmy-weekend fashion post, one admirer declared, "Best couple in Hollywood….AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT."

Harry Has Already Explained His Weight Loss

There is, however, some context behind Harry's changed appearance that he has discussed himself publicly. During an August 15 episode of the couple's Let's Not Talk About the Husband podcast, Harry revealed that he had reached one year without alcohol and said he had also been practicing intermittent fasting.

Harry said quitting alcohol had affected him physically and that he had "lost a considerable amount of weight" since giving up drinking and beginning intermittent fasting. He also said the change had not been difficult for him, explaining that he was "very happy" with the decision.

He has previously spoken about stopping drinking multiple times, including four years of sobriety after participating in Alcoholics Anonymous in the 2010s. He also discussed no longer using prescription sleep medication, saying, "For me, Ambien is like a deadly drug."

The experience gave the reality-TV veteran another chance to lean into the chaotic, scene-stealing persona audiences already knew from RHOBH, while also showing a more strategic side of her.

Their daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin and Amelia Gray Hamlin, have both followed their parents into the entertainment world. Delilah has worked as a model, appeared in television and film projects, and walked for major fashion brands, while Amelia has built her own modeling career and recently appeared on FX's The Beauty.

Lisa and Harry first met in 1992 and made their red carpet debut as a couple the following year. They married on March 29, 1997, in a candlelit tent in the backyard of their Hollywood Hills home, beginning a marriage that has now stretched to nearly 30 years.

Lisa marked their 29th wedding anniversary in March with a sentimental Instagram tribute, calling Harry "The love of my life, sexiest man alive, chef extraordinary, best husband and father… I love you more everyday."

She also joked about trying to remember the song from their first dance, writing, "I think this might have been our first dance song… idk 30 years is a long time 😂 But it was definitely Whitney Houston!"

"One of the best days of my life, followed by the birth of my girls. So grateful for this beautiful family of ours 🫶🏻," she concluded. Their first date also has its own Hollywood-romance story. Harry previously recalled to PEOPLE that an elderly waiter at the Italian restaurant where they ate called them "lovebirds" and "soulmates" and predicted that they would get married and have children.

The couple has since described the secret to their longevity in similarly playful terms. Harry once said their successful marriage came from being "diametrically opposite," while Lisa credited their ability to hear each other — and added that it did not hurt that her husband was good-looking.
